About The Position

The Senior Paid Media Strategist plays a critical role in driving demand and lead generation through paid channels, including: paid search, paid social, and connected tv. It is at the forefront of communicating Weave’s message and value propositions to our target markets. This role is focused on the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns and identifies new advertising channels to utilize. This role requires a constant focus on optimizing campaigns, managing advertising budgets, and reporting on campaign performance throughout the sales funnel. This position collaborates across the marketing and sales teams to impact key initiatives. This position will be hybrid - 3 days in the Lehi office

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media advertising
  • 2+ years of paid search experience
  • 2+ years of paid social experience
  • 2+ years of connected tv experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaigns across paid search, paid social, and connected tv channels focused on lead generation.
  • Manage paid media budgets and be able to pivot allocations to maximize performance.
  • Identify and test new channels and tactics across paid mediums.
  • Be active in writing and testing ad and paid search copy.
  • Partner closely with creative and content groups to develop new advertising and media approaches.
  • Track and report on full funnel performance of paid media campaigns and activities.
  • Be proactive and aggressive in testing and optimizing paid media output, messaging, and creative.
  • Run account based marketing campaigns to attract priority accounts.
  • Be actively involved in connecting advertising platforms with internal data systems.
  • Identify and communicate unique insights that impact decision making.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations weekly, monthly, and quarterly to senior leadership.
