We’re hiring a Senior Paid Search Manager to own performance and outcomes across paid search. This is a high-accountability role for a self-starter who thrives with autonomy. You’ll be given clear business targets (qualified leads, pipeline, revenue, CAC) and expected to define the strategy, build the roadmap, execute, iterate, and scale without hand-holding. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative/CRO, Analytics, RevOps, and Sales to ensure paid search drives measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
