About The Position

Learfield is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support the execution of multi-channel corporate sponsorships on campus. This role plays a key part in bringing partnerships to life—managing moderately complex accounts with growing autonomy and helping ensure that all contractual elements are fulfilled with excellence. In this role, you’ll handle a portfolio of assigned partners, overseeing day-to-day activation efforts and coordinating with internal teams, university staff, and external vendors. You’ll take a hands-on approach to execution while also developing operational processes, contributing to partner recaps, and supporting strategic planning. This role is a strong fit for someone with foundational experience in partnership or event execution who’s ready to take on more ownership, visibility, and complexity in their work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, event coordination, sponsorship, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, partners, or projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator—able to collaborate across internal and external teams and build trust with key stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in live event settings and navigating tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience activating corporate sponsorships or overseeing event logistics.
  • Understanding of the college sports landscape and university partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the fulfillment of assigned partner accounts, coordinating across sales, university, and vendor stakeholders to deliver sponsorship assets.
  • Take ownership of execution timelines and partner deliverables across digital, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
  • Track and manage partner inventory; ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
  • Support and mentor game day assistants, providing guidance on execution and proof of performance collection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders—serving as a trusted and respected representative of both Learfield and the university.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on planning, vendor coordination, and special events that support partner objectives.
  • Create and maintain documentation for activations, recaps, and proof of performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve partner experiences, and support broader team efficiency.
  • Work directly with the General Manager and property leadership to ensure alignment on activation strategies and account performance.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and internal reporting tied to assigned partner activations.
