As the US business continues to scale, we’re focused on building a partnerships function that is disciplined, commercially rigorous, and built to perform. This role has clear accountability for execution, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and team delivery. You’ll work closely with the VP of Partnerships to translate strategy into action, validate assumptions and ensure results are clearly measured and reported. We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Lead to own the day-to-day delivery of our US Partnerships function and drive meaningful revenue growth across CPAi, tenancy and revshare. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong commercial judgment, operational rigor, and people leadership. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Partnerships ( NJ based) to execute the US partnerships strategy, taking accountability for forecasting, delivery, pipeline health, team performance, and partner execution. While overall strategy and direction sit with the VP, this role owns day-to-day execution, ensuring priorities are translated into action and that actions turn into measurable outcomes.
