The Senior People Operations Program Coordinator is a key contributor to delivering a seamless employee experience and driving operational excellence across People Operations. Reporting to the Director, People Technology & Operations, this role coordinates and helps manage People Ops programs and projects, with a strong focus on Workday and our HR ticketing system. This Sr. Coordinator provides strong Workday expertise, manages employee lifecycle processes, and partners closely with crossâfunctional teams to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance compliance. The ideal candidate brings solid HR operations experience, operates independently within their scope, and proactively identifies and implements process improvements that scale with the business.
