We are seeking a strategic Senior Pricing Analyst to drive revenue growth and profit optimization through data-driven pricing strategies. You'll be the analytical engine behind pricing decisions that directly impact our top and bottom line.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pricing, revenue management, or related analytical experience, with a proven track record of initiatives that grew revenue and profits.
  • Strong quantitative skills—you're comfortable with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and working with large datasets.
  • Understand pricing fundamentals including elasticity, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  • Experience pricing multiple business models or product and service portfolios.
  • Business acumen.
  • Understand how pricing fits into broader go-to-market strategy and can balance competing objectives like market share growth versus margin expansion.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you're persuasive when advocating for your recommendations.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikSense, or similar).
  • Resourceful and motivated to build relationships and the information library you need to execute your role successfully.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills—you influence and update regularly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pricing software or revenue management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development of pricing analytics that maximize sales and profits.
  • Evaluate the pricing and profitability of different customer segments, programs, products, and regions, recommending where to invest for growth and where to optimize margins.
  • Establish pricing frameworks that support rapid adoption while protecting profitability.
  • Lead pricing tests and experiments, measuring elasticity and customer response to build our institutional knowledge.
  • Partner across functions and regions to optimize pricing strategies and decisions.
  • Develop pricing tools and guidelines that help sales teams close deals profitably.
  • Work with product teams and finance to ensure our value proposition aligns with our pricing position and grows sales profitably.
  • Evaluate the current portfolio and new products launching through the product lifecycle.
  • Work with supply chain partners to understand pricing and cost scenarios.
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear business cases for action.
