Requirements

  • Experience communicating complex concepts or ideas in a clear and concise manner to various levels of internal & external stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented approach to assessing program health, risks & opportunities.
  • Experience managing a budget.
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Background in at least one of the following: manufacturing, operations, supply chain, planning, program management, process engineering.
  • Experience leading teams and succeeding in a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel >50%, with expectation for high level of travel up front.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD & Aerospace Industries.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle, Factory Logix, PowerBI, Mendix & advanced excel tools.
  • PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for successful execution of strategic manufacturing transition projects within allocated schedule & budget.
  • Develop & execute against project IMS through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Assess & integrate requirements for capital equipment, qualification processes, and training to ensure start-up success.
  • Work closely with supply chain to ensure material plan is clear & achievable, and factory operations leadership to manage resource planning.
