About The Position

Responsible for managing the sales results and revenue production for the company's private banker business for a geographic market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 7+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Manages business development activities for private business line, by managing a team in identifying and calling on client prospects.
  • Ensure that the policies and procedures of the private banking area are implemented by private banking officers.
  • Review the loans of subordinate private banking officers: ensure they follow established lending procedures and perform adequate credit analysis; approve loans that exceed the credit authority of subordinate officers; provide advice and guidance to subordinate officers on complex credit decisions.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
