About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. Position Responsibilities: Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements. Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives. Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies. Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation process. Prepares and executes negotiated documents. Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Manages contract terminations. Holds Team lead position supporting Group Manager. Develop organization and company improvement plans. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience are required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with procurement in a defense and/or government environment
• 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
• 5+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
