Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience in Agency Production, with video and still shoots and digital and social content. Experiential & interactive experience is a plus.
  • Full knowledge of social digital platforms and production
  • In-depth understanding of emerging tech and creative processes
  • Unshakeable desire to produce high quality work
  • Demonstrated leadership with production teams
  • Expert collaborator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Impressive communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients
  • The ability to translate agency performance data into actionable process and operational improvements

Responsibilities

  • Champion an integrated production model that unlocks breakthrough ideas across platforms, technologies, and budgets
  • Bring forward new production approaches, emerging tools, formats, and collaborators that elevate the work, including partnering with internal resources
  • Protect creative integrity while finding smarter, sharper, more inventive ways to bring ideas to life
  • Lead end-to-end production across disciplines — from concept to launch — ensuring ideas are realized at the highest level
  • Develop realistic and justifiable estimates, scope and timeline for all projects, and be accountable for the scope and budget as the project progresses.
  • Track ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle, and reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects with Finance team
  • Manage the bidding process as per client agreements, including working with procurement and cost consultants when required.
  • Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals and expectations with internal team members, external partners, and clients
  • Facilitate all materials getting to their destinations on time, including final masters for trafficking
  • Ensure operational rigor across contracts, financial systems, approvals, and vendor relationships
  • Build and cultivate a best-in-class network of directors, technologists, artists, makers, and production partners
  • Partner with the Head of Production to drive revenue growth, profitability, and future-ready capabilities
