About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the vision and execution of the Customer Trust Management product area. Your design excellence will directly impact how customers manage third-party risks at scale, utilizing AI to streamline processes. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams, you’ll create efficient user experiences that transform complexity into clarity. You will also influence product strategy and mentor junior designers, driving overall design practices as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of high executional quality and organizational impact.
  • Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights.
  • Skilled in leading the design process from concept to execution.
  • Ability to mentor and influence across all levels of management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
  • Experience driving design strategy and having strong product sensibility.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in managing complex projects and timelines.
  • Portfolio showcasing effective product solutions tailored to user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a high standard of visual and interaction design to ensure intuitive user experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and craft thoughtful designs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve user content and guidance.
  • Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data insights.
  • Create cohesive user experiences using system thinking.
  • Engage with Vanta's broader ecosystem to enhance product interaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless design implementation.
  • Articulate design rationale effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth.
