About The Position

Developing and optimizing biochemistry assay, tissue assay and consumables/reagents for our cutting-edge PyxaTM suite of products with a focus on expanding assay to multiple tissue types and applications. Designing and conducting critical experiments to initiate and validate the use of Stellaromics products. Collecting key feedback from internal marketing and technical teams on user adoption to optimize the products. Data interpretation based on biochemical data, imaging data, spatial transcriptomics data, translatomics data, immune-staining data and H&E staining. Communication with both industrial and academic customers and collaborators to provide innovative, high-quality, best-in-class assay solutions. Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering or Cell and Molecular Biology.
  • Strong biochemistry, molecular biology, and microscope imaging foundation.
  • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, assays, and analysis software.
  • Team player who can effectively integrate internal and field-based activities across functions to support customer requirements.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to learn new technology quickly.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience developing tissue-based assays, and with RNA-FISH or immunostaining/IHC is required.
  • Must be able to work onsite fulltime (Boston headquarters).
