About The Position

Every patient deserves fast access to life-changing medications. At Sodalis, we're building the AI operating system for specialty pharmacy—turning weeks of manual coordination into minutes of intelligent automation. We're serving tens of thousands of patients today, scaling to hundreds of thousands. Backed by Gradient Ventures (Google's AI fund). Founded by veterans from Apple's Applied ML, Included Health, and Avella Specialty Pharmacy (scaled to $1.5B+ before acquisition by OptumRx). Our AI agents are running in production—processing prescriptions, automating patient outreach, orchestrating workflows across pharmacy systems. The backend infrastructure is powerful and proven. Now we need to make it accessible. You'll build the customer-facing product layer from the ground up: configuration interfaces for AI agents, operational dashboards for workflow performance, and integration tooling that enables enterprise self-service. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to own an entire product surface—full-stack, high autonomy, direct customer impact. Your work will determine how healthcare organizations interact with AI-powered automation at scale.

Requirements

4+ years building full-stack applications with ownership of customer-facing products
Deep experience with complex backoffice software—admin platforms, configuration tools, workflow systems, or internal tooling
Strong product instincts—you translate customer needs into elegant, scalable interfaces
Experience collaborating with designers—you can take design specs and implement polished, functional interfaces for complex systems
Comfortable with ambiguity—you've shipped 0→1 products in startup environments
Full-stack by default—you own the entire surface from UI to APIs to services
