About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Leader – Patient Journey with deep expertise in designing and delivering digital consumer experiences for patients within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem . This role requires a hands-on product leader who understands how patients interact with healthcare providers and payers through digital health platforms, mobile applications, and integrated healthcare systems . The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and architecting end-to-end patient journeys , particularly through digital health applications deployed by healthcare providers or health plans . This role will focus on building seamless digital experiences that improve patient engagement, access to care, and overall healthcare outcomes. The individual will work closely with product, engineering, clinical, and healthcare operations teams to design scalable digital solutions that integrate with core healthcare platforms such as EHR systems, payer platforms, and healthcare data services .

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management or product leadership within digital health or healthcare technology .
• Strong domain expertise in patient-facing digital experiences within the U.S. healthcare system .
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end patient journey frameworks across digital healthcare platforms.
• Hands-on experience working with healthcare technology ecosystems and system integrations .
• Strong understanding of consumer digital experiences and product design principles .
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define product architecture and technical requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building or launching digital health applications for healthcare providers or health plans .
• Familiarity with healthcare platforms such as EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), patient portals, and healthcare interoperability standards .
• Experience with healthcare APIs, FHIR standards, and digital health platform integrations .
• Background working with health systems, payer organizations, digital health startups, or healthcare consulting firms .

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of end-to-end digital patient journeys across healthcare platforms and digital health applications.
• Define product strategy and architecture for consumer-facing healthcare applications used by patients across providers and payer ecosystems.
• Design patient engagement experiences across key touchpoints such as appointment scheduling, care coordination, telehealth, digital intake, messaging, and health records access .
• Collaborate with engineering teams to architect solutions that integrate with EHR systems, healthcare APIs, and payer platforms .
• Translate patient needs, clinical workflows, and healthcare system requirements into scalable digital product capabilities .
• Work with UX, engineering, and analytics teams to continuously improve patient engagement and digital experience metrics .
• Ensure digital solutions align with U.S. healthcare compliance, privacy, and interoperability standards .
• Partner with healthcare stakeholders including providers, payers, care management teams, and technology partners to deliver impactful digital health solutions.
