As a Senior Product Development Manager concentrating in AI Insights & AI Connect, you will be part of the Verizon Business Group Product Management Technology Enablement organization in aligning customer outcomes to use cases and data that is necessary to deliver on those outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of AI/ML and Agentic AI into our AI Insights & AI Connect products and their customer experience. You will be responsible for programs and initiatives that leverage AI/ML and Agentic AI technologies across different AI Insights & AI Connect offerings within the Verizon Business Group. You will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Product Management and Technology Enablement peer teams, IT, Partners, Sales, and Global Customer Operations teams to execute growth projects and new product features. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development. The ideal candidate will also understand the AI Insights & AI Connect landscape, where it is now and where it is headed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Six or more years of experience in Product Management or Technology Solutions Management, specifically focused on technical products.
• Experience delivering transformative product launches that drive exponential growth and establish the company as a primary market influencer.
• Experience executing go-to-market strategies for new-to-world products, consistently achieving rapid adoption and market disruption.

• Proven product management experience demonstrating execution of a product roadmap, moving a project from inception to completion.
• Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and motivating/inspiring them to go the extra mile, even in uncertain circumstances.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Understanding of Verizon's domestic and global product offerings across Connectivity and MNS portfolio.
• Experience prioritizing and executing multiple projects at a time.
• Passion and determination to make a difference in the communications industry and in our world.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews.
• Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and understanding of trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.
• Responsible for designing and executing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision-making, and business impact.
• Developing integration plans and technical requirements for new product development for enterprise customers including use case, user story, and agile product development.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Articulate to stakeholders the team’s technology vision, requirements, goals, and milestones.
• Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
• Own the execution of Applied AI/ML and Agentic AI use cases and technologies for AI Insights & AI Connect.
• Knowledge of BSS/OSS integrations with backend systems and third-party providers.
• Knowledge of Wireline Networks: Dedicated Internet Access, Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL), Private IP (MPLS) etc. for access and transport network.
• API integration experience with internal and external systems for connecting systems together for an end-to-end product offering.
