About The Position

This role is a high-impact position responsible for shaping and delivering a transformative patient and practitioner experience. As Senior Product Manager for Care Mode, you will own the end-to-end delivery of key patient-facing initiatives that help patients follow care plans while enabling practitioners to trust and scale their care. Operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will work closely with Design, Engineering, Clinical, Data, Marketing, and Practitioner teams to ensure features are clinically sound, patient-centered, and scalable. This role is ideal for a delivery-driven, high-agency professional who thrives in ambiguity, turns strategy into actionable work, and drives measurable impact. You will help define the future of patient engagement and care, influencing how practitioners and patients interact between visits. The position offers opportunities to shape core product experiences, experiment with behavior change strategies, and contribute to a mission-driven, innovative environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with full ownership of feature delivery.
  • Proven experience shipping mobile-first product experiences (native apps or responsive web).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear PRDs and effective decision-making.
  • Proficiency in product analytics and instrumentation, with the ability to define and measure success metrics.
  • Familiarity with experimentation practices and launch safety strategies, including phased rollouts and kill switches.
  • Ability to operate in a high-agency, fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or high-trust environments, exposure to behavior change or habit-formation design patterns, and building digital coaching or engagement systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, including problem framing, scope definition, PRDs, execution, and iteration.
  • Manage delivery cadences with Design and Engineering, making prioritization and tradeoff decisions to maintain momentum.
  • Translate strategic goals into practical, measurable product work that reinforces clinical credibility and improves patient follow-through.
  • Define and ship Care Mode features end-to-end, including MVP sequencing, hypothesis testing, and iteration based on engagement metrics.
  • Design and drive rapid experimentation for patient engagement tactics, such as nudges, check-ins, reinforcement loops, and contextual prompts.
  • Partner with Analytics to define success metrics, build dashboards, and execute learning loops to inform future iterations.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Practitioner teams to ensure new experiences are trusted, safe, and aligned across platforms.
  • Support Marketing and Customer Success with launch planning, positioning, and practitioner education.
