Our In-Person & Omnichannel Commerce team plays a key role by enabling in-person-first SMBs to sell across physical locations, online storefronts, social channels, and marketplaces. Our team focuses on building the core commerce and payments experiences that power everyday merchant operations—from POS systems to catalog management, inventory workflows, orders, reporting, and mobile experiences. We serve a diverse base of customers across retail and F&B segments at different stages in their business lifecycle, prioritizing reliability, omni-channel workflows, and solving real merchant jobs-to-be-done. As a Senior Product Manager – Catalog & Inventory in the Commerce, Payments and Platform organization, you will own the catalog and inventory management workflows across our web, mobile, and POS experiences—solving for both single-channel and multi-channel use cases. By its nature, commerce involves complex workflows that merchants interact with daily, so your mission is to build experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and designed to reduce friction for high-SKU catalogs and omni-channel retail operations. You will identify points of friction, build a business case, set requirements, and implement experience improvements that directly drive adoption, product-market fit, and merchant satisfaction. This role requires one to serve as a hands-on product leader—addressing merchant concerns, analyzing data, managing cross-functional alignment, and driving projects to completion.
