To know more about DataBee, visit our website: https://www.databee.ai Job Description We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for Cyber Risk Insights & AI to own a core area of the product across cyber risk measurement, reporting, governance, and AI-assisted insights & workflows. You will define product experiences that help customers understand their cyber risk posture, why results change, what they can trust in the metrics, and what to do next for remediation. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of AI, security insights, and governance. You will define and ship experiences in dashboards and workflows, and work closely with customers, engineering, design, and GTM to turn complex enterprise security data into metrics and insights that customer use every day to make confident, risk-reducing decisions. You will shape what we build, how we bring it to market, and how customers adopt it. We are looking for a product manager who has shipped GRC or adjacent enterprise cyber risk products. Experience shipping AI features into enterprise workflows is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience shipping GRC, cyber risk, security analytics, or adjacent enterprise security compliance products for enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and strong preference for experience developing and launching AI features used in enterprise workflows
  • Strong understanding for how cyber risk metrics are defined, represented, and consumed for decision-making
  • Proven ability to translate security compliance or cyber risk problems into clear product capabilities
  • Familiarity with security compliance and control frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or PCI.
  • Comfort owning high-visibility product areas used by security leaders and teams
  • Experience working with complex, imperfect enterprise data from hundreds of enterprise security tools
  • Startup or high-growth experience
  • Willingness and ability to engage directly with customer acquisition and expansion efforts
  • Product experience in building cyber risk, CCM, GRC, or security compliance platforms
  • Compliance framework modeling and control mapping
  • Reporting and insight-building design
  • Risk-based prioritization and gap management
  • AI product fluency, and designing data outputs that AI can reason over
  • ITSM-driven remediation workflows and automation design

Responsibilities

  • Own a core area of the roadmap across cyber risk measurement, reporting, remediation, and AI-assisted insights.
  • Define product experiences that help customers configure metrics correctly, trust the numbers, understand what changed, and know what to do next.
  • Driver customer discovery with users, sales engineers, customer success, and GTM to understand customer challenges in security data ingestion, reporting, remediation, operationalizing & adoption, and translate those problems into clear priorities and requirements.
  • Partner with design and engineering to ship cyber risk and AI-assisted features that improve time to value, increase trust in metrics and reporting, and make daily workflows easier to use.
  • Define what makes reporting trustworthy including data quality, timeliness, lineage, policy context, logic, and configurations.
  • Shape explainable AI experiences that help users interpret results, identify gaps, investigate changes, and take next steps for remediation within enterprise workflows.
  • Support launches, demos, and customer-facing materials by explaining product value in plain language and helping GTM teams tell a credible story.
  • Working with GTM teams to ensure capabilities are clear, outcome-driven, and demo ready
  • Partnering with engineering in a continuous-delivery environment to ship enterprise-ready capabilities
  • Engaging directly with customers and prospects to support deal cycles and net-new customer acquisition
  • Occasional travel to customer sites and team events, typically less than 25%.
  • Collaborate with global teams and adjust working hours as needed to accommodate international time zones.
