About The Position

This position is available to be filled at any Huntington Corporate office location. Duties & Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution Lead the end‑to-end development of new and innovative deposit products, features, and experiences. Own the product roadmap and ensure on‑time delivery by influencing cross‑functional partners across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Finance. Translate customer needs and insights into compelling product value propositions and actionable business requirements. Develop business cases with financial modeling and secure internal approvals across product, risk, and partner teams. Develop and execute go‑to-market plans, including employee readiness, training, internal communications, and customer-facing marketing. Support change management efforts including product migrations, policy updates, and market activation for new or redesigned deposit solutions. Innovation & Market Awareness Apply frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done, customer journey mapping, and experimentation to identify unmet customer needs and design breakthrough solutions. Monitor competitive dynamics across banking and fintech to proactively identify opportunities for differentiation. Bring creativity and curiosity to uncover new concepts, run tests, validate hypotheses, and iterate quickly. Collaborate with UX and Research teams to design and validate customer‑centric product experiences. Communication & Influence Deliver clear, concise updates on performance, financials, and strategic shifts to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships across teams to align goals and drive execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience working in product management, program management, financial services sales /service support –OR—financial services marketing.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Subject matter expertise and experience working with consumer deposit products, product innovation, or digital banking.
  • Proven experience leading end‑to-end product development and launching products with full GTM plans.
  • Creative problem‑solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into strategies and execution plans.
  • Experience with consumer research methodologies and product innovation frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and product profitability analysis.
  • Technical comfort with tools for data analysis and insight generation (e.g., Excel, dashboards, analytics platforms).
