Senior Product Manager, Evaluations

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Evaluations, to lead the quality and enterprise-readiness of Firefly, Adobe's generative AI models. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for AI in the creative world, practical experience with AI/ML systems, and expertise in evaluation methodologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with enterprise customers and internal teams to ensure Firefly meets the highest standards for quality and usability.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Firefly Enterprise evaluation vision and strategy, targeting exceptional quality and enterprise readiness.
• Partner with enterprise customers and internal teams to translate critical use cases into prioritized evaluation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to design and run comprehensive Firefly Enterprise evaluations (e.g., quality, competitive, readiness, red teaming).
• Identify, benchmark, and recommend leading AI models and services to address critical enterprise workflows and enhance Adobe's offerings.
• Synthesize evaluation findings into actionable recommendations to guide AI/ML model and product improvements.
• Define and monitor in-product telemetry and insights for Firefly Enterprise quality and user experience in enterprise workflows.
• Stay current on Generative AI trends, evaluation techniques, and enterprise AI needs to continuously enhance evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally focused on enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/ML platforms.
• Proven ability to leverage data, metrics, and user analytics to drive impactful product decisions and improvements.
• Demonstrated familiarity with the generative AI landscape, key technologies, models, and their enterprise applications.
• Deep experience partnering directly with creative professionals to identify critical needs and co-create solutions.
• A proactive, outcome-focused approach, demonstrating strong ownership and success in leading complex initiatives.
