About The Position

The Senior Product Manager for the Intelligence Platform, Applied AI, is a hands-on technical role responsible for building and scaling a next-generation AI-first data platform. You will lead the development of new data products, enterprise-grade APIs, and HITL workflows, turning complex energy data into actionable insights. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and technical execution, with ownership over product direction, architecture, and evaluation frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to define success metrics, iterate on 0-to-1 product launches, and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is highly data-fluent, experienced in AI/ML product management, and capable of synthesizing fragmented datasets into impactful solutions that unlock new customer value. This role offers the opportunity to influence both product strategy and operational excellence in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, with hands-on work in AI systems, data platforms, or ML-driven products.
• Experience building full-stack products, leveraging AI prototyping and coding tools, and scaling technical solutions.
• Deep data fluency, including experience with SQL and algorithm-based product development.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and logical problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, high-performance systems.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets and translate them into actionable product insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing PRDs, vision documents, and execution plans.
• Growth mindset with a bias toward experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Experience designing, implementing, or evaluating agentic AI systems or nondeterministic products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AI-driven data products and platforms, focusing on scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Define and maintain data schemas, APIs, and workflows that enable effective HITL processes and actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and advocate for customer-centric product features.
• Establish success metrics, evaluate nondeterministic AI systems, and continuously raise the quality bar for models, data, and workflows.
• Manage product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and impact effectively to internal teams and senior leadership.
