We’re looking for high-autonomy, entrepreneurial Product Managers to come build high-impact solutions for small businesses and their employees. We believe in high-ownership Product Managers who operate like business owners - owning an entire roadmap end to end and shipping product all the way from strategy through to the nitty gritty details. Responsibilities

  • Own the billing and subscription lifecycle strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through billing innovations and automation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, finance, and operations to enhance billing infrastructure.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps for cross-functional teams.
  • Lead end-to-end product development, driving execution and delivering impactful solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of designing complex billing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of billing automation technologies and financial regulations affecting product design.
  • Proven ability to drive large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics, customer feedback, and business insights to inform strategy.
  • Technical fluency—comfortable collaborating with engineering and translating technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to align teams across growth, marketing, finance, and business intelligence.
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach, ensuring products deliver real value to end-users.

  • Salary range of $186,000 to $230,000/yr for San Francisco, New York, & Seattle.
