ABOUT THE TEAM: The Business Systems team is responsible for building and optimizing the many systems and internal technologies that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We call this system-of-systems “ArsenalOS”. Within ArsenalOS lies a suite of digital software solutions aimed at solving the problems for our manufacturing, supply chain, and planning departments, which we call ProductionOS (ProdOS for short). ABOUT THE TEAM: To move at the speed of software, our manufacturing systems must be equally agile. The Senior Product Manager, Manufacturing and Industrial Design Systems owns the digital backbone that enables our manufacturing and industrial engineers to plan, simulate, and validate production before the first part is built. They are responsible for all the workflows and processes that ProdOS covers that occur prior to the actual assembling of our products. In this role, you’ll define and deliver the systems that power virtual builds, process simulations, model-based definition, factory layout, and design-for-manufacturing — transforming slow, manual workflows into a cohesive digital thread. You must be able zoom down into helping manufacturing engineers optimize work instructions to avoid collisions and zoom up to help industrial engineers simulate factory layouts and everything in between. Every second we save in manufacturing and industrial design makes us faster at getting critical technology into the hands of the warfighter. Your work ensures that Anduril’s products can move from design to production with speed, precision, and confidence — so that when we need to scale, the factory is ready on day one.
