Responsibilities

• Leads Product Roadmap for configuring Wireless technologies in HPE Aruba Networking Central.
• Define clear requirements for onboarding, configuring, and troubleshooting wireless networking devices and clients via Network Management platforms.
• Defines the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring one or more innovative and disruptive products to market with respect to the whole company product portfolio.
• Synthesizes market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen.
• Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study.
• MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of work experience in related field.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the computer networking industry.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of wireless networking (WLAN) technologies.
• Hands-on experience deploying Wireless networks and wireless vendor equipment.
• Good understanding of wired networks and networking protocols.
• Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the networking industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.
• Industry Professional and/or Expert certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
