Set long-term strategic objectives for product lines, ensuring alignment with market and business needs.
Lead product lifecycle ideation, planning, and execution, managing complex dependencies and aligning development with business strategy.
Develop a strategic vision based on deep customer and market insights to position products effectively.
Measure and optimize key metrics for user engagement and retention across products.
Actively engage directly with customers and users to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback informing product strategy.
Align performance metrics with overarching business strategies, evaluating product performance throughout its lifecycle.
Work collaboratively and effectively across multiple stakeholder groups spanning all functions of a large organization.
Ideate, discover, design, develop, release, and maintain enterprise software applications serving B2B customers.
Manage third-party and vendor relationships including requirements gathering, design planning, and stakeholder management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Additional certifications in Product Management or leadership can be advantageous.
Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a history of matrix leadership and driving product strategy.
Experience in the design and commercialization of new product innovations with organization-wide impact, including complex initiatives that involve the coordination of efforts of many different teams.
Experience in the guidance on Service-Oriented Architecture design choices and architecture.
Oversight of a significant segment of the product portfolio with strategic importance.
Experience in card issuing expense programs or credit-based commercial offerings.
Familiarity with data integration, GL based categorization, and ERP software applications desirable.
Broad understanding and application of financial accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and underwriting principles required.
