About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the next phase of our platform’s evolution. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define product strategy, gather and refine requirements, prioritize high -impact initiatives, and lead engineering delivery of scalable, high -quality product enhancements. This role requires strong technical fluency, ownership mindset, and the ability to drive complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within a software or SaaS organization.
  • Experience working with complex accounting, billing, payments, or financial systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial workflows, reconciliation processes, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for product outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate proactively and maintain alignment across cross -functional teams.
  • Comfortable participating in technical discussions involving:
  • Data flows
  • Dependencies
  • API contracts.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining urgency and focus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feature discovery through analysis of business requirements, competitive research, and customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Translate product vision into actionable product roadmaps and priorities aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop deep expertise in product workflows, customer use cases, and platform capabilities to guide strong decision -making.
  • Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining business objectives, system architecture impacts, data flows, and API contract requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with overall platform strategy.
  • Break down requirements into clearly defined Epics and User Stories including:
  • UI/UX expectations
  • Business logic
  • API dependencies
  • Acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and timeline changes to maintain stakeholder alignment and delivery momentum.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to define scalable integration strategies, data contracts, and API designs.
  • Collaborate with internal platform teams and external partners to scope, sequence, and deliver integrations that ensure:
  • Data integrity
  • Performance optimization
  • Long -term maintainability.
  • Test and validate features prior to release to ensure requirements are fully implemented and edge cases are addressed.
  • Maintain high quality standards across product delivery.
