Senior Product Manager
About The Position
This role is ON-SITE in Orlando, FL. NOT A REMOTE ROLE. TEKsystems is hiring a Product Manager to support the Guest Experience for a leading Cruise Line. This person will oversee the post‑booking digital journey, enabling guests to manage every aspect of their cruise after placing a deposit. The Product Manager will drive modernization, optimization, and scalability of web‑based reservation and itinerary features as the company expands its fleet and global offerings. This role sits within the website product organization and partners closely with engineering, business, and operations teams in a true Agile environment, delivering 1–2 major releases per quarter plus ongoing iterative enhancements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Senior Product Management experience in a large enterprise environment
- Web product ownership in a large enterprise organization (consumer-facing, high‑traffic sites)
- Experience with post‑purchase or transactional flows
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience; daily Jira usage
