The SharePoint team is hiring! We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for beautiful user experiences and a track record of building products in the era of AI. This role is an opportunity to reimagine core SharePoint intranet experiences that are used by millions—and shape the future of how people create, collaborate, and connect across their organizations. As a Senior Product Manager on the SharePoint Experiences team, you will lead UX product innovation across some of our most iconic and widely used surfaces. You’ll partner with design, engineering, research, and AI experts to modernize how content is created, consumed, and managed—leveraging cutting-edge capabilities in large language models and copilots to reduce friction and unlock creativity. We're looking for someone who can think end-to-end, ship at scale, and champion simplicity in the face of complexity. You should be excited about defining experiences that feel intuitive and magical for users, while grounding them in business and technical realities. You will share enthusiasm for being on the bleeding edge, using the latest tools and resources available in the modern product making process. In this role, you will drive a new wave of innovation across various product surfaces that are consumed by millions of users every day that help users discover and navigate to their content, catch up on news, access organizational tools, apps and resources. Keys to success include cultivating empathy for our customers, understanding the competitive landscape, solid passion for building delightful user experiences, and providing strategic clarity on investments. This role will focus on driving growth initiatives that deliver increased engagement and more user delight into our SharePoint content discovery and consumption experiences. The SharePoint experiences team is a modern PM organization running product management for one of the largest business services on the planet. The team runs lean with high span of control among managers and more senior PMs than company average, ensuring high impact from the PM team and a focus on product and customers.
