Responsibilities
- Define and drive a data-informed product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer value.
- Translate complex workflows and compliance needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
- Balance innovation and risk to ensure secure, high-quality delivery at speed.
- Engage regularly with tax professionals and taxpayers to uncover needs, validate ideas, and drive iterative development.
- Integrate customer insights and experimentation into prioritization and decision-making.
- Partner with analytics to define KPIs, measure performance, and guide optimization.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, marketing, support, and compliance.
- Facilitate clear, fast-moving stakeholder communication to unblock teams and sustain momentum.
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and rapid learning across the product team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or professional services software.
- Proven success delivering complex software experiences in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery—with data as a guiding force.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in customer research, journey mapping, and product instrumentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience in product management or related disciplines will also be considered.
- MBA is a plus.
