Klaviyo is looking for a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth within priority verticals — starting with Hospitality (Food & Beverage and Hotel & Travel). This role owns vertical positioning and go-to-market strategy, translating market insight into differentiated messaging, scalable sales plays, and measurable revenue impact. You will lead vertical-specific messaging, pitch decks, and enablement assets, partnering closely with Sales, Partnerships, Integrated Marketing, CS, and Product to strengthen our right to win. You’ll bring structured market and field insights into roadmap discussions while operating within an established vertical strategy. The ideal candidate is a data-driven PMM who thrives in fast-moving environments, independently owns complex GTM initiatives, and turns customer insight into compelling narratives that drive pipeline and revenue.
