About the Role: We need a Senior Product Marketing Manager who thrives in a startup environment and can own product marketing strategy across existing products and new product launches, translating outcomes into compelling narratives for Hiring Managers, Recruiters, TA Leaders, CHROs, and Candidates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B product marketing with AI/ML product experience; startup experience required
  • Track record of outcome-based product launches, beyond traditional feature-driven SaaS releases
  • Ability to build messaging that resonates with executive buyers (CHROs, TA Leaders) and end users (Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Candidates) alike
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with proven ability to influence C-suite and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in market analysis and ROI modeling
  • AI-forward in their own work: actively uses AI tools to enhance research, content development, competitive analysis, or GTM execution

Nice To Haves

  • HR Tech or talent acquisition knowledge preferred
  • Experience with B2C viral or product-led growth launches is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own outcome-based product launches end to end, measuring success by improvements in speed to hire, quality, cost per hire, and candidate experience, not feature releases
  • Craft persona-specific positioning that connects Agentic AI to the outcomes each audience values: agility and cost efficiency for CHROs/TA Leaders, speed and quality for Hiring Managers and Recruiters, and a seamless experience for Candidates
  • Lead go-to-market strategy across the full product portfolio and upcoming launches, designing plans that drive adoption and revenue
  • Present strategic narratives, competitive analyses, and market insights to senior leadership and the board
  • Build sales enablement assets (battlecards, ROI frameworks, demo scripts) grounded in evidence that quantifies outcome gains
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align launches with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Conduct research across all key personas to inform positioning, identify white space, and influence the product roadmap
