About the position

We need an ambitious, curious leader to become a Senior Product Owner on the newly formed AAA Life Discovery Team to help drive the biggest change in the company's history. AAA Life has the unique ability to access tens of millions of existing AAA customers. We have embarked on a mission to double in size - Becoming one of the largest providers in the US. You will be joining a small, newly formed but highly visible Discovery Team to help uncover business needs and guide strategic solutions that drive impactful outcomes. This is not a traditional Product Owner role - you will be partnering with business stakeholders and AAA Life leadership to understand their problems and define practical, technical solutions. You should be a scrappy self-starter with a willingness to jump in and get the job done under constraints. You will spend as much time understanding 'the what' as defining 'the how.' You will be facilitating many conversations with cross-functional stakeholders - understanding their problems and proposing achievable solutions. And those problems you're tackling? They've been entrenched for years. You have the support to take them head-on - enabling the Company's biggest growth in its existence.
