Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers in the development of business goals and long-term product operational plans
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through process improvements and inter-function collaboration
  • Work with product managers to develop and monitor financial and budgetary plans
  • Analyze current product development processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvements where necessary
  • Design and launch efficient processes to ensure product managers stay aligned with the strategic plans
  • Monitor day to day operational processes to ensure visibility into the goals, progress and risks and issues of key initiatives
  • Plan, monitor, analyze key metrics for team delivery to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Drive visibility of delivery across product management team and guide the teams to stay aligned with best practices and standards across all phases of product development through to launch
  • Draw on relationship with functions to coordinate operational activities remain aligned to strategic goals
  • Adhere to the company’s policies and standards and ensure that the industry regulations are being followed
  • Work closely with the corporate functions such as HR, Procurement, Finance to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive and productive environment

Requirements

  • 10 or more years in a program management role in a field related to our industry
  • Organizational, communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of program and project management principles and best practices, including stakeholder management, financial management, planning, resource management, progress reporting
  • Knowledge of product development within software industry sectors
  • Knowledge of the PLM process, customer facing experience, equally comfortable with the abilities to report up to executives and coach down to the individual product manager level
  • Track record of delivering projects in agile environment
  • Formal qualification in project management strongly preferred
  • Agile coach qualification strongly preferred
  • Ability to streamline or implement structures and processes that boost efficiency while supporting shifting business demands
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
