As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling high-performing Product and Engineering teams, with a primary focus on Product Management hiring. You’ll partner closely with Product leadership to shape talent strategy, define role scopes, and build diverse, high-impact teams. This role is designed for an experienced recruiter who can ramp quickly, operate autonomously, and make an immediate impact in competitive markets. There is potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with significant experience hiring Product Managers in a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated success closing senior and specialized Product roles (e.g., Growth, Platform, AI/ML, Data, Enterprise PMs)
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of engaging passive Product talent
  • Ability to influence and advise senior Product and technical stakeholders on role scoping, leveling, and talent market dynamics
  • Strong understanding of Product competencies, including product strategy, discovery, delivery, and cross-functional leadership
  • Data-driven approach to managing pipelines and measuring recruiting performance
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and sound judgment

Responsibilities

  • Partner primarily with Product leaders and Engineering stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top-tier Product Management talent
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex Product roles, alongside select technical and engineering searches
  • Develop a deep understanding of product strategy, roadmaps, and organizational design to proactively shape hiring plans
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber, passive Product candidates in competitive markets
  • Drive structured, high-quality interview processes that assess product sense, execution, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking
  • Provide market intelligence on Product talent trends, leveling, and compensation to inform hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously with speed, precision, and strong stakeholder alignment
  • Deliver an exceptional, candidate-first experience from outreach through offer close
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements and scalable, product-focused hiring practices
