About The Position

Level Access is a leader in digital accessibility, dedicated to creating inclusive digital experiences for everyone. We are seeking a Senior Product Researcher to join our Product Research and Design team and help shape the future of user experience across our accessibility technology products. Role Overview As a Senior Product Researcher, you will drive strategic research initiatives that influence product vision and business outcomes. You’ll use a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights that shape decisions in product vision as well as goals in growth and retention. This role requires expertise in research strategy, strong collaboration with product leaders and stakeholders, and the ability to connect customer needs to measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/product research, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic research and influence product strategy.
  • Proficiency in qualitative methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, usability testing) and quantitative approaches (e.g., survey design, A/B testing, statistical analysis).
  • Experience analyzing large datasets using programming languages and analytics platforms.
  • Strong ability to communicate research insights in compelling, memorable ways that drive clear action among senior stakeholders.

  • AI-curious and adaptable to industry trends.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Background in experimental design and causal inference methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, strategic research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods for the entire product ecosystem.
  • Define research strategy and frameworks that guide product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Create a system for analyzing user behavior, product performance, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations that influence senior stakeholders and multiple departments.
  • Drive research initiatives across discovery, validation, and continuous improvement phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Establish best practices and scalable processes for research operations across teams.
  • Represent research in leadership forums and contribute to organizational strategy discussions.
