About The Position

AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) is on a mission to accelerate production adoption
of AWS generative AI services across global customers. This is an exciting
opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization,
bringing innovation to customers and growing the adoption of cloud services.
This role will require you to scale a complex and fast-paced environment through
strategic business growth initiatives.

strategists and ML scientists who solve complex problems for customers. We start

solutions, when founded in deep customer needs, can transform organizations and
produce novel experiences.

As a Product Strategist, you innovating with a growth mindset, someone thinks
big to help grow and scale engagement models. You are someone who brings strong
balance of business knowledge, effective organizational and interpersonal
skills, and exposure to cloud computing, machine learning and generative
artificial intelligence. Ideal candidate has technical depth in Gen AI/ML, 5+
years of ML practitioner experience, a track record in management consulting or
related work, and demonstrated success in launching technical solutions or
products, ideally as Professional Services Offerings. They should be comfortable
presenting to diverse audiences, creating strategic documentation, and working
with both technical and business stakeholders to drive program adoption and
success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
• 5+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
• 5+ years of experience in a business management function

• Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
• Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Consulting experience, with a focus on sales, commercial excellence, and operations management
• Experience in influencing senior leadership, business, and technical stakeholders while driving enterprise-scale portfolios or programs in large organizations

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize new offerings in GenAI portfolio that address both short-term business objectives and long-term scalability
• Own the design and operationalization of end-to-end blueprints that integrate Pre-Sales, Sales, and Delivery functions for efficient go-to-market of new offerings
• Drive customer and market analyses to inform key growth opportunities, product and customer segment strategies and specific commercial offers, translating Voice of Customer into product/offering, packaging and GTM recommendations
• Understand the business and technical requirements of our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders and advise GenAIIC team on optimal offerings, considering operational constraints and scalability
• Develop and own stakeholder engagement across AWS Professional Services Products & Solutions, Finance and Operational functions to effectively partner on product design and sales acceleration initiatives
