About The Position

As the Senior Production Team Leader, you will lead all shift operations, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company policies. The role requires a deep understanding of equipment and processes to quickly identify issues, reduce downtime, and keep workflows organized and on track. You’ll oversee LOTOTO (Lockout, Tagout, and Tryout) procedures, verify cleaning and documentation accuracy, and even step in as an operator when needed to maintain continuity. It’s a hands‑on leadership role built for someone who can balance supervision, problem‑solving, and operational execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school graduate, or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years related experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, safety protocols.
  • Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day

Responsibilities

  • Supervises all personnel and operations on the shift.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
  • Reports any process and equipment problems, as well as tracks and works to eliminate all sources of downtime.
  • Organizes work for smooth operations.
  • Supervises and manages the LOTOTO process as needed throughout the shift.
  • Create labels for operations throughout the shift as needed.
