Mayvin seeks a part-time Senior Program Analyst supporting the United States Marshals Service to support the Investigative Operations Division. The Senior Program Analyst will identify and execute tasks and projects related to the assigned program. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years of Federal law enforcement/investigative experience
• Strong writing skills, an investigation interest, and a positive attitude
• Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (computations, pivot tables, lookups)
• Microsoft SharePoint experience (familiarity with concepts such as lists, editing pages, linking pages)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze various data types found through federal, state, and local law enforcement and public sources
• Receive and review correspondence from participating agencies
• Create and maintain a filing system under USMS policies
• Organize working groups to include drafting agendas, reserving conference space, and taking notes during meetings
• Edit program documents and memos
• Utilize SharePoint database – data entry and data validation
• Organize and maintain core documents and other information related to the program
• Present information on the program, allocation models, and related material to decision-makers
