About The Position

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to lead strategic, cross-functional programs across our Global Logistics network. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing scalable processes, coordinating execution across teams, and communicating program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical capabilities, sound judgment in ambiguous environments, and a track record of delivering results at scale. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Master's degree
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and refine program strategies, setting clear objectives and aligning stakeholders across teams
  • Use data and metrics to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and measure program performance
  • Navigate ambiguity in complex business scenarios, applying structured problem-solving to drive decisions
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and ensure project success
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks before they escalate into issues
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting for a program portfolio, providing clear visibility into milestones and performance
  • Communicate regularly with senior managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders on program status and business impact
  • Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability across initiatives
