Lead key initiatives in Amazon's Account Health Assurance program supporting high-performing sellers, driving operational excellence through policy engagement frameworks, bad actor prevention systems, and seller experience innovations. Manage cross-functional partnerships with policy teams, compliance, and other partner organizations to improve seller experience and decrease unexpected account suspension. Develop and execute strategic initiatives that balance seller protection with customer trust. Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, establish performance metrics and goals. You'll be joining a dynamic, mission-driven team focused on seller success and store integrity. Our team combines deep operational expertise with innovative problem-solving to create fair and transparent processes for sellers. We work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across policy, legal, product, and international teams to drive meaningful change in the seller experience.
