About The Position

CSET is looking for an organized and motivated individual to work within its Weatherization Program. Qualified candidates must be team-oriented, have the ability to provide on-the-job training to participants, and perform a variety of activities to weatherize homes and make them more energy efficient. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must!

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience in home weatherization, home repair and or construction, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
