About The Position

As our Senior Programmatic Advertising Manager, you’ll take full ownership of programmatic strategy and execution across multiple DSPs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance accountability and understands how to translate business goals into data-driven campaigns across display, video, audio, native, and CTV. You won’t be handed plans, you’ll build them, test them, and scale them. We’re looking for a hands-on media buyer who’s ready to take the reins and drive measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns using at least one major DSP
  • Direct experience managing high six-figure monthly programmatic budgets with performance accountability
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing audience strategies, using both first- and third-party data
  • Demonstrated ability to build structured test plans and drive channel improvements through experimentation
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: bid strategies, viewability, brand safety, attribution, etc.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative and analytics stakeholders to improve outcomes
  • Self-starter mentality — you know how to audit, fix, and scale without waiting for direction

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across DSPs without relying on an agency or media buyer
  • Translate business objectives into actionable targeting strategies using contextual, behavioral, lookalike, and retargeting segments
  • Set up robust testing frameworks to evaluate creative, inventory, and audience performance across display, video, audio, native, and CTV
  • Work with our marketing director to establish clear CPA, ROAS, and volume targets — then exceed them
  • Monitor pacing, budget allocation, and KPIs daily to drive efficiency and hit CAC, CPL, and ROAS goals
  • Leverage 1st- and 3rd-party data, integrating CRM and pixel-based segments for smarter targeting
  • Identify new opportunities in inventory sources, publisher deals, or advanced bidding strategies
  • Report on campaign performance, learnings, and ROI impact to marketing leadership regularly
