Requirements

• Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions
• Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating on large mission critical projects such as Pharma
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
• Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees

Responsibilities

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
• Oversee the capital planning process for new projects
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
