About The Position

As the Senior Project Manager reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will manage the full design and construction process for projects across Hilton's brand portfolio, including new construction, renovations, and conversions of company managed and franchised hotels. What you'll do during a typical day: Manage the full design and construction process, including new developments and conversion projects, for all brands across the Hilton chain scale. Guide Owners and Development partners through Hilton brand standards, connecting them to Hilton's network across the CALA region to facilitate design, procurement and project execution. Oversee project schedules, define and track critical milestones, and ensure successful openings. Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive issue management, communication, and data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders. Apply problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate options collaboratively and implement solutions that support team and business objectives. How you'll collaborate with others: Partner with Ownership, AD&C Leadership and Corporate partners to ensure alignment on design narratives, brand standards, brand values, and strategic corporate objectives – driving Owner returns and enhanced Guest environments. Represent design priorities in key internal and external meetings and offer project specific design solutions. Collaborate with project teams throughout the project lifecycle for adherence to Brand Standards, shop drawing review, specifications, product review, and value engineering of materials, finishes and selections. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: Partner with Ownership, AD&C Leadership and Corporate partners to ensure alignment on design narratives, brand standards, brand values, and strategic corporate objectives – driving Owner returns and enhanced Guest environments. Represent design priorities in key internal and external meetings and offer project specific design solutions. Collaborate with project teams throughout the project lifecycle for adherence to Brand Standards, shop drawing review, specifications, product review, and value engineering of materials, finishes and selections.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in construction management, project management, project coordination, or related field.
  • Experience with hospitality construction or renovation.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Travel up to 80%.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, building or quantity surveying or other construction-related disciplines.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction projects and track record of successful project delivery.
  • PMP or other Project Management certifications.
  • Understanding of international Fire & Life Safety codes (NFPA).
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF review software.
