The Senior Project Manager, Packaging and Labeling will lead enterprise-level packaging and labeling initiatives with a strong emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and cross-divisional integrations. This role is responsible for driving scalable global processes, advancing integration strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance across packaging and labeling systems worldwide. As a senior-level project manager operating with broad scope and high complexity, this individual will partner across divisions, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and corporate integration teams to deliver harmonized solutions that enable growth, accelerate acquisition onboarding and strengthen operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in medical device packaging, labeling or regulatory operations
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or large-scale business integrations
  • Specialized and comprehensive technical knowledge within medical device labeling and packaging functions
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, typically one to three trips per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead global packaging and labeling integration strategy for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence assessments, risk evaluations, Day 1 readiness and post-close harmonization
  • Develop and execute enterprise integration playbooks, governance frameworks and transition roadmaps to standardize processes across acquired entities
  • Serve as senior liaison between Global Packaging and Labeling, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and integration leadership to ensure alignment and execution
  • Direct complex, multi-site and cross-functional initiatives involving packaging artwork, labeling systems, e-labeling expansion and literature configuration lifecycle management
  • Establish standardized processes to accelerate onboarding of acquired products into Boston Scientific’s global labeling and packaging systems
  • Lead process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and compliance across global packaging and labeling operations
  • Own high-risk or high-visibility projects, proactively identifying integration risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Drive governance and oversight of global labeling NCEPs and CAPAs, ensuring timely resolution and executive-level visibility
  • Support internal and external audits for the Global Quality System, demonstrating compliance and integration effectiveness
  • Evaluate new regulations and global standards, ensuring integration into packaging and labeling processes across legacy and acquired portfolios
  • Provide executive-level reporting on integration milestones, risks, resource allocation and value realization
  • Mentor and guide project leaders and cross-functional teams in advanced project management and integration best practices
