Our well-established client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects from pre-construction through completion. This leadership role is responsible for managing project performance, supervising project teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven professional with a strong background in construction management and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of construction or project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word)
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and estimating through closeout
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and financial targets
  • Supervise Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, foremen, and field personnel
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance guidance to project teams
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Lead meetings and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance
  • Review contracts, manage change orders, and ensure proper documentation
  • Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate billing and collections
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Support development and implementation of best practices across projects
  • Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Assist with identifying new project opportunities and supporting company growth
  • Participate in industry events and professional organizations
