About The Position
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Project Managers to support the continued growth of our Victoria business. This role will lead the delivery of complex projects and programmes, while contributing to pipeline growth and establishing a pathway to broader leadership. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects and programmes across Victoria. This includes responsibility for safety, quality, programme, and commercial outcomes. You will lead and develop Project Engineers and site teams, maintain oversight across multiple concurrent projects, and ensure consistent delivery standards and governance. The role will also support bid activity, including methodology development, planning, and client engagement. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will drive project outcomes, manage risk, and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and margin performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure or engineering projects and programmes
- Demonstrated leadership of project teams
- Commercially astute, with a track record of delivering margin and managing risk
- Experience contributing to or leading bids
- Capable of operating at a senior level
- Ability and ambition to progress into a broader leadership role
