This professional project manager is responsible to support the capital improvement process for the Hospitality Groupâs hotel assets. This individual has a creative vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and a breadth of knowledge of a wide range of hospitality assets and building systems. They are process and detail driven to obtain results that exceed expectations of our guests and senior management. Hospitality project management experience is a plus in this position. A focus on fiscal responsibility is also expected. The Senior Project Manager works collaboratively with the Asst. Vice President - Capital Assets managing third party consultants and working with our brands to improve the hotel assets with a focus on the companyâs mission statement. The selected candidate facilitates several projects simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment, making professional recommendations that keep guest satisfaction and ownerâs interest in balance.
