Requirements

  • College Degree Required
  • PMP is preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Professional Services IT projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations, scope, and quality standards.
  • Own project planning and execution from kickoff through close-out, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate a smooth handoff from Sales to Professional Services by validating requirements, assumptions, Statements of Work (SOW), and Bills of Materials (BOM) in partnership with technical and competency leads.
  • Manage project resourcing by working with internal leaders to assign appropriate skills and capacity while ensuring engineering time aligns with delivery approach and contracted scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, conducting regular check-ins, delivering clear status updates, and proactively escalating risks, issues, or changes.
  • Oversee client-facing deliverables to ensure documentation, designs, test plans, runbooks, training materials, and other outputs are delivered on time and formally accepted.
  • Coordinate project logistics as needed, including equipment readiness and inventory alignment, scheduling of site surveys, and onsite deployment activities.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to coordinate required access, credentials, and compliance needs to support secure and efficient project execution.
  • Lead project close-out activities, gathering client feedback and facilitating internal reviews to improve delivery efficiency, profitability, and the overall customer experience.
