About The Position
We are seeking a Remote Senior Proposal Consultant to drive new business growth by developing high-quality proposals and RFP/RFI responses that showcase our specialty pharmacy solutions. Onco360 Pharmacy is a leading oncology pharmacy model serving physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor's or Masters in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
- 5+ years in proposal development required (Specialty Consulting, Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy or Patient Support Services/Hub Experience a Plus).
- Strong business writing, project management, and Microsoft Office skills.
Nice To Haves
- APMP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and coordination of RFP/RFI responses and client proposals.
- Manage proposal projects, ensuring compliance and alignment with brand messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade, Pharma Relations, Clinical Operations, and Payer teams.
- Maintain proposal content library and support marketing initiatives.
- Translate complex strategies into clear, persuasive language.
